Become a Maine Tourism Association Certified Travel Ambassador!

The Travel Ambassador Training and Certification Program is open to visitor-facing staff at hotels, attractions, Chambers of Commerce, and other organizations that serve Maine's visitors. Learn the basics of assisting visitors in creating their ideal Maine experience. Those who earn 84% or above on the certification exam will earn a certificate and the designation of Certified Maine Travel Ambassador from the Maine Tourism Association.
