Rockland Harbor Southwest Lighthouse
- Shearmans Lane
- Owls Head, ME 04854
Established in 1987, Rockland Harbor Southwest Lighthouse is a privately built lighthouse. Sitting on the coast of Owl's Head, ME, this wooden lighthouse was built by Dr. Bruce Woolett and was later recognized by the Coast Guard as a private aid to navigation marking nearby Seal Ledge. John Gazzola purchased the property from Dr. Woolett in 1998 and completed a massive renovation of the lighthouse which included installing a lens once used at Doubling Point Range Lights. The lighthouse is privately owned and is not open to the public.
