Quoddy Head State Park

Quoddy Head State Park offers 541-acres on America's easternmost peninsula, offering visitors a chance to see a historic lighthouse, hike scenic trails, and look out over Quoddy Channel to the red cliffs of Grand Manan Island in New Brunswick. Commissioned by President Thomas Jefferson, the lighthouse occupying the state park, West Quoddy Head Light, was first built in 1808 and offer magnificent views of the surrounding area.
