This summer at Mt. Abram-
We are going into our 2nd season of moutain biking at Mt. Abram! Come ride with us, we have a lift-accessible, downhill mountain bike park designed for beginners and families; of course advanced riders are welcome, too. We have something for every skill level. Mt. Abram is a family-focused environment with a laid-back, respectful, non-pretentious attitude.
Beautifully designed mountain bike trails include features like: banked turns, whoops sections, long sweeping turns and amazing views on the Westside of Mt. Abram’s ski slopes. Trails flow easily from section to section and transition from the top to the bottom amidst beautiful natural scenery.
Mt. Abram is located about an hour and a half north of Portland in Greenwood, Maine.

Mt. Abram –
A true gem and unique mountain experience in Maine, Mt. Abram is a “throwback” ski and ride experience different from so many of today’s winter resorts. Mt. Abram’s uncrowded slopes allow you to experience a wide open run, an extra turn on untouched snow, and find your peace in the mountains.
Mt. Abram’s terrain is both classic and challenging and includes groomed and natural wooded glades, and is unmatched in northern New England. Two distinct areas of the mountain let you set your own pace and thrill level. At Mt. Abram’s “main” mountain you’ll find lift line mogul runs, steeps on Rocky’s Run, natural glades through the woods, and intermediate and advanced groomers on 1150 ft of vertical. Our Westside area is a family skiing paradise where beginners to intermediate skiers/riders can enjoy world class learning terrain without the crowded slopes.
Mt. Abram’s has a laid-back, friendly vibe and a warm and welcoming ski community. Mt. Abram’s commitment to finding joy outside in the winter is unmatched. Let us show you our version of down-home New England hospitality in the mountains of Maine.
Come experience the Mt. Abram way of life. From our friendly staff to our unique terrain for all abilities, Mt. Abram provides everyone with a unique experience found only in the classic New England family-owned ski resorts. Come create memories that will last a lifetime, develop life-long friendships, and make Mt. Abram your new home.
