LD 1675, An Act To Clarify Definitions in the Laws Regarding the Licensing of Eating Establishments

The definition of "eating and lodging place" in the laws regarding campgrounds, recreational camps, youth camps and eating establishments is repealed; and the definition of "eating establishment" to provide exceptions to a broad definition is clarified. This bill was enacted (PL 322).
