There is so much that the Maine Woods has to offer, there is hiking, fishing, canoeing, and also mountain biking. Come out this weekend for an introductory class that will hit on the basics of mountain biking and get you out exploring the trails in a different way. The AMC Registered Maine Guides will have hands on lessons that will get you familiar with the different parts of a mountain bike and how to fix bike problems while out on the trail. We will go over some rules of the road, and lastly will get you out on a mountain bike exploring our trails and roads. It will be a great weekend to learn a new skill. No prior knowledge of mountain biking is necessary as long as you know how to ride a bike! We have Mountain bikes available to rent just let us know in advance and we can set you up.
